My name is Drew Johnson

Drew Johnson launched his rock radio career at the legendary K-SHE 95 in St. Louis during September 1983. He has kept listeners company ever since with his smooth, natural on-air style. Drew has occupied nearly every time slot through the years at K-SHE,  including overnights, evenings, middays and afternoon drive. He now anchors the commercial production load as Director for the 5 Hubbard radio stations in St. Louis. His writing, voice work and
production can be heard locally on everything from Coca Cola to the Cardinals, and national ads including the 70 Good Feet Stores, Car X Mufflers, Pennington Grass Seed, Spirit Airport, and Neighbors Credit Union to name a few. Drew studied theater at SIU-Edwardsville and had wanted to be a stage actor. But as he says, “I was sidetracked by rock ‘n roll.” Many St Louisans have grown up listening to Drew Johnson on the radio whether introducing rock & roll or client’s products. His ability to connect and relate to listeners keeps Drew relevant today as an
irreplaceable piece of the Hubbard Radio lineup.
