Things That Might Get Passed Down

Michele and I had the pleasure of interviewing Kimberly Rapp. We had a fun discussion about Kimberly's business, gardening, and family. I was also fascinated by the fact that Kimberly had so many similarities to my life. Of course, I have never ventured out to literally "grow" a business.

My grandfather on my dad's side of the family had an amazing garden in his backyard. My dad had a love of gardens. Kimberly grows beautiful flowers and has an amazing produce garden. Did I happen to mention Kimberly is related to me? She is my first cousin's daughter.

The more I listened the more I wondered, we are related but there is several undeniable similarities. I found myself smiling throughout Kimberly's interview. It wasn't just the gardens but there was more that had my cheeks hurting from smiling so much. I couldn't help but wonder is there a multigenerational thing going on here.

I am truly amazed at the level of dedication, determination and hard work that goes into growing flowers. I marveled as she shared her fascinating journey with us. Take a listen as Kimberly talks about her life and the things that make her heart sing.
